R10 Oddity with Deleted Programs

I have an R10 that has been in service for about a year (had it new in reserve until an older unit died... which it did)

It is running the latest software, and I replaced the 80Gig drive with a 320G for more capacity

Over the past year I've had SPs for all 3 flavors of CSI, new and rerun, plus a few other shows

This winter I started watching CSI from the oldest reruns and now up to the current 2009 seasons

Recently, I've noticed that "once in awhile" an episode that I've watch AND deleted has shown back up in the current play list

I have NEVER un-deleted anything, so the R10 is doing this by itself

Anyone else ever seen this?

Never heard of this. Are you sure that's it not just recording that episode again?

No, not recording

I WAS recording all programs, but have since changed the 3 season passes to first run only

Of course, it IS possible the guide data got messed up and DTV sent the old program out with a new program marker

Yeah, I'm guessing its a Guide Data issue. That's pretty common with syndicated shows. They often have incomplete or incorrect Guide Data.
