No PC to Tivo auto transfers with 2.8 and Vista

I didn't see this posted with 2.8 and Vista. I can't get the auto transfers to work from my PC to the Tivo. I can do a manual transfer just fine but that's only with the auto transfer unchecked and I can at least see it.

Back to 2.6.2 and it works just fine. I have disabled my firewalls and antivirius, restarted and rebooted with 2.8 but it won't transfer. I have switched from Bonjour to Tivo Beacon and still no go.

Also with 2.6.2 and 2.8, I'm using MPEG Streamclip to convert my DVD Vob files to .mpg if that matters.

Apparently it's a "known issue" that .mpg files will not autotransfer with Desktop 2.8. I'm not sure if this menas they are working on it.
