I used pyTivo to push an .mkv file to my Tivo, but found the audio repeatedly dropped out every couple of seconds for a couple of seconds. Thinking it was an issue with my receiver, I turned on my TV speakers and experienced the same issue. I moved the .mkv file to a folder that is set for auto-transfer in Tivo Desktop Plus 2.8, and had none of the audio issues with this transfer. What is the difference between the two applications audio-wise?

Thanks! Looks like an exact match of what is happening to me. I should have looked there first.
