Can't See Computer from Tivo

I've searched but can't find what I should do next to troubleshoot my issue. So here goes:

I upgraded my PC from XP to Vista early this year. Since I did that, I have not been able to see my PC for photos, music, or in Now Playing. I'm running Tivo Desktop Plus 2.7.

I upgraded to Win7 last week & hoped that would magically fix my problem but I'm in the same boat. I can connect to both my TivoHD and S2DT to pull video content from them via Tivo Desktop, but neither of my Tivos are able to see anything from my PC.

I made sure Windows Firewall wasn't blocking the Tivo desktop software, and even tried disabling the firewall altogether, and the PC is still not showing up in either of my Tivos.

Both my Tivos can see each other & access each other's content.

I have a lot of content on my PC that I want to access from the Tivos, so this is frustrating. Any idea what I should try next?

Did you reboot all your tivo's and the router?

Is the MAK entered correctly on your desktop software?

Is TivoServer running on your desktop?

Nope, I'll try that though.

Yes to both-- I re-entered the key & made sure TivoServer is running.

I would suggest that Tivo Desktop 2.7 is the culprit.
Many people have posted as to having problems with it in Windows 7.
It is suggested you try TD 2.6.2 or wait for when TD 2.8 comes out next month.
