Using ReplayTV Drive in Tivo

I just switched to Tivo from ReplayTV and I love it. However, the ReplayTV drive is larger than the Tivo drive so I want to replace the Tivo Drive with the ReplayTV drive because I have a series 2 DT and can't add it. The problem is that the ReplayTV drive is supposed to be 160gb but my computer's bios reports it as twice as much and so does mfstools and when I try to copy my tivo drive mfstools says that the destination drive is too small. Is the drive locked or is it something else?

Edit: Nevermind. I ordered a new drive to use in the Tivo and I'll just sell the ReplayTv as is.
