My parents recently had to replace their router and now their Tivo HD will not connect. I told them to try changing the network settings to automatically detect the DHCP which did not work. They tried the Troubleshooting tips, including rebooting, which also did not work. The error message they are getting now is 'Gateway not found'. Any tips?
ETA: Nevermind, the cable was plugged into the WAN port on the router, changing to the regular ports fixed the problem.
