At the start of the ep a girls car is jacked by a guy with a crew cut who promptly ignores a red light and has an accident leaving a guy named Daniel brain dead, crew cut guy immediately runs away.
Later in the episode Daniel is having his organs harvested which is delayed by the police who wrongly charge him with the hit and run.
If I'm correct this is never straightened out.....how come?

They charged him with murder of some woman, the evidence was he had her keychain.

They charged him with murder of some woman, the evidence was he had her keychain. It would have been more satisfying if they had caught the guy responsible for the hit-and-run.

Except the show was really about a mother who lost her son and then finds out he is a murderer. She goes from thinking he is a normal son to a killer only to find out he actually saved somebodies life.

??? They charge a dead guy? Delayed harvesting Daniels organs to charge him with hit and run?
I have not seen this show yet.

USAFSSO: My thread title said spoiler. If you haven't seen the show yet that is a tip off not to open the thread. Just thought you should know how we do things here. Sorry :o

I was just thrown by the sentence. If they are harvesting organs, one would assume the person is dead, why stop it to charge a dead guy with a crime. I guess I need to watch the show.
No issue about the title/spoiler. I just have not watched this show. I wanted to read peoples reviews to see if its worth watching. It seems like a one dimensional show, stories revolve around doing organ transplants.
I don't get uptight about spoilers. It's only my fault if I read it.

WELL - as someone said in last week's episodes thread - this show is doomed if CBS continues to allow the start time to be delayed. On the east coast it started 45 minutes late - and there's just too much else on to pad after it.

Actually they wanted to get identification information. We saw them collecting fingerprints and other possible data, ie scars, tattoos, pictures that would be used in a court case. Once they cut him open defending lawyers could say he was contaminated. IE did he have a scar, did the tattoo look like this, ...

It's also not a good sign when they run the episodes out of order. This episode appears to have been the pilot.
