I have a TIVO HD, with M Card, and a Series 2 both have lost all SD channels. The HD still has most of the HD channels but not all. The Series 2 is doesn't receive any channels. I called Charter, there is no outage reported in my neighborhood and I checked with my neighbors and their cable still works. I did hook the cable directly to the TV and there is no signal. I just want to make sure I have done everything I can do before I call the cable guy to come out and he gives me some story about the problem being with my TIVO. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Apparently the analog channels just aren't there. Has Charter made any lineup changes recently or dropped their analog channels altogether?

For the channels you can get, what is the Signal Strength in DVR Diagnostics?

The signal strength was 75 and then 93. I really don't think it is the TIVO, I think it is the cable but I want to be sure.

I think you proved it by connecting the cable directly to the TV with the same results.
How are your neighbors connected, directly or thru a Charter box?

They have a box.

They have a box.

Then you are not comparing apples to apples. It Charter did go all digital then they would not know but you would as evident with the S2.
My only other suggestions would be;

1. re-run guided setup on the S3.
2. if you have a digital TV, plug the cable directly into the TV and rescan.
