Finally, Dean comes to his senses about Sam killing Lilith! That very false rift was the one thing that was dragging the show down for me. At least it didn't go on too long. Now, the show can fly free to its natural conclusion (even if it does keep going after this final season)!

Based on the previews, looks like some very interesting/entertaining episodes coming up. How long till new ones start up again?

Well, next week's is a new one.
Is it ok that I cheered when the demon was decapitated?

A fun but not terribly good episode.
Paris Hilton tied Sam and Dean to a post and both miraculously got free. C'mon.
I was getting a little tired of the Dean on Sam angst too.

Yeah, after I posted I went on wikipedia and it looks there are no gaps 'till the end of November. I was thrown by them not having a "next time on Supernatural" or whatever they usually say and instead showing "Soon" and then previews from what I am now assuming are all the remaining first half episodes. I've never seen a show do that before unless they are taking a mini hiatus.

I had to chuckle at the "demon" Gandhi, a vegan (frutarian?) wanting to drink Sam's blood. The local cops were pretty funny too.
I was certainly time for Dean to realize, consciously, that Sam was not really to blame. He was manipulated, by masters at the craft, and did bad, but he had good reasons for killing Lilith. Oh, and one plus, she's gone now.
The previews gave the impression that some really good stuff is planned. How har in advance do they film? Were those clips from just the next three or four episodes, or are they from further on than that?

Well at least she got to hang out with the boys before they chopped her head off:

It seems a little weird for them to run off on regular missions when they are supposed to be fighting the devil. :D

I rather enjoyed her making fun of her fans and herself (and her little dog too) in that scene.
It almost made me dislike her a little less... almost. :D
Actually I don't dislike her at all. And I think a lot of people disrespect her a lot for reasons that are not her fault. If I had a country full of idiots who wanted to watch me and empower me like she's got, I'd probably use it for what it's worth too. She's done a great job of marketing herself and I don't hold it against her that our country is full of idol-starved idiots. :p

Paris Hilton is harmless. She was annoying when she was in the spotlite all the time - kinda like Bret Favre.

Of course, Brett Favre wins games. A fact which used to annoy me, but I've grown to rather like it. :D
