Any Fix for the Gray Screen

From searching the forum, it looks like this has been going on a while, but it has just recently started to affect my TIVO. I have one multi-cablecard. I am use charter. The digital channels work fine. But the analog do not (instead get a gray screen). If I reboot, they will work for several hours, but then go out again.

I had the cablecard replaced. Same result.

I understand from the forums that TIVO is aware of this issue. Any fixes known at this point?

If your cable company is among the few that doesn't yet offer digital versions of its analog channels (known as "digital simulcast" or "analog-digital simulcasting") with a CableCard, then you are basically out of luck until TiVo releases a software update to address the "loss of analog tuner" issue.

Note some systems like Brighthouse and TWC may require the SDV adapter (provided by the cable company upon request) to receive digital versions of all analog channels. Does your Charter system use SDV?
