New to S3HD...

I currently have an S2 and with Comcrap removing analog channels, I'm being forced to take a digital package. Well with the analog setup I had, I was able to get the local HD channels on my HDTV. With the digital starter package I took, I lost the local HD channels since I either go through the digital adapter or a cable box. So my question is this, if I get a S3HD, and then a M-Card, will I get back the local HD channels? Or will I have to get the HD package?

I've spoken to Comcrap support in the past and they deny that the local HD channels are there for analog, so telling people they have to get the HD to get them is a joke.

Any input?
