I thought I would share my home-brew IR Extender that I built for the Tivo!
Basically I am using 1 Tivo for two rooms. I bought some out-of-the-box IR Extenders but they all were junk. So I decided that I would attempt to make my own.
This IR extender uses a micro-controller (Arduino) that captures what buttons are being pressed on the remote, then sends the signal to the Tivo using the network.
