Connecting two tivo's together

I've been searching posts for an hour now and either my searching skills are lacking(possible) or no one else is having this specific issue...

I have a Series 2 and just bought a HD model. I have on in the garage and one in the house. They are both linked by wireless router. I just hooked it up the other day and BAM! I could see the other one in my now playing list. However, when I go to that Tivo, there is nothing to play. Same thing with the HD. What do I need to do to get those shows from one to the other?

have you gone to www.tivo.com - manage my account and 'enabled file sharing' on the two TiVio DVRs?

Both TiVo's must be on the same account at tivo.com

Make sure "Transfers" is checked, under DVR Preferences and that each TiVo is named.

TiVo's network needs 2-3 days to synch up with the hardware in your home to set the Media Acess Key to the same across all TiVo's on your account. Once that happens you will be able to use Multi Room Viewing.

I do have the above preferances set up. Perhaps I just have not given my little friends enough time to sync up.
