I noticed that HBO HD isn't coming in on either my TiVo or my Cable Box. The rest of the HBO channels work as well as other HD channels (including Showtime and Starz). It's just HBO HD that isn't coming in as far as I can tell.
The conditional status screen for the card shows "CA Enable: unknown" and "Auth: MISSING_PROGRAM_REKEY" for the channel.
Does this mean there's something wrong with the channel or my account? Since it also affects an HD cable box (with an M-Card in it), I'm sure it's not a problem with the card in my TiVo.
After 4 calls to Comcast (1 mis-transfer, 1 hang up, 1 clueless operator who put me on hold indefinitely and another who told me "you don't get HBO"), I gave up and scheduled a technician.
