2nd DVR Drops From Now Playing

Two DVRs (II & III) on wireless network. Can transfer between both with no problem. Then the II will drop from the Now Playing list on the III. If I restart the III then the II will show again but it goes away after about 20 minutes.
Anyone else have this issue or know a fix?

I assume you mean you have a Series 2 and a Series 3 Tivo and you are saying the Series 2 is suddenly not showing on the Series 3. You should try to reboot the Series 2 and it should fix that.

Can anyone confirm that this will resolve the issue (perhaps the OP)?

I have the exact same problem - the Series 2 disappears from my TiVoHD's Now Playing list every 5-10 minutes. I can either reset the HD or go through confirming the network settings in order to force a reconnect, and then the Series 2 will show up temporarily.

I have yet to try rebooting the Series 2, however. I'm not at home but will give it a shot tonight when I am.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I figured it's probably better than making my own new post about the exact same issue (plus the thread is from late August, so it's not *too* old :P )

I would be interested in the solution as I am having the same issue. S3 drops the connection to S2 but maintains network connection.

I suppose it's nice to hear that there are others experiencing the same problem. I've restarted the Series 3 but not the Series 2. Will try but assuming the fix is temporary at best, any other advice??
