I recently noticed that the listings on Virgin1 as shown by Tivo were completely wrong for some reason. As I couldn't figure out how to sort that out, I tried various things including restarting the recorder, and eventually tried guided set-up. Although the Tivo made its usual daily call and downloaded all the listings, it just won't install them. All I get now is a message telling me there is no data whatsoever available, and I have to make a daily call. I then get it to make the call - and the same thing happens. I've tried about three times. The data seems to be there 'cos the forced call takes hardly any time at all - but it just isn't installing the data.

Anyone got any ideas?

Had the same issue about 6 months ago. Posted on here but it just cleared itself after a couple of days.

I am on a Virgin land line in case thats relevant.

So what i am saying is dont do anything but keep trying to force daily call and it should clear.

There has been a specific problem with Virgin listings this week - I'm not near my TiVo so can't check if it's fixed or not.
