mrv question

Our house has 3 tivos. 2 tivos are on one subscription (lifetimes). The is a third tivo from another person with lifetime is on the network and in the house. All are working fine but is there some way to allow for mrv transfers with all of the tivos?

You can only use MRV between TiVos on the same account.

A slightly convoluted way around this would be to set up a central pyTivo (or even TiVo Desktop) machine. Use something like kmttg to automatically download and convert the .TiVo files into plain MPEG-2 (or format of your choosing) and then use pyTivo to send those files to the other TiVo.

If the owner of the 3rd TiVo doesn't mind (or if you are now the owner of the 3rd TiVo) you can call and have it added to your account.
