Good news for all the fans of Big Balls...

I hate clones. They make the original seem less good.

I agree with you 100%. Imitation is the sincerest form of television, though, so you know more is coming.

Glad to hear it. I find the block of Wipeout and Japanese Game show 2 of the most enjoyable hours on TV. I hope they renew Japanese Game Show as well.

What is Wipeout a clone of? I see where it stole some ideas from MXC and other reality athletic competition shows but I don't know of another show exactly like Wipeout.

MXC....that's what it's a clone of. And it's pretty obvious with the voice overs and the cute nicknames and snarcky comments. Even when the contestant screams out something at the beginning of the run. Plus, my son tells me there are similar type shows on other networks that I don't watch. Of course it's not EXACTLY the same, but there's enough similarities to imagine that the creators of Wipeout have watched MXC more than once.

It may be a clone, but it is the only show of its type that I enjoy watching. Call it successful marketing and add the fact that Jill is Hot! Good Night and Big Balls.

MXC is that weird dubbed/chopped up edited show that was on TNT right? I think I watched it once or so, but I wanted to see the -whole- thing.
