What a friggin' wimp!! I actually thought he had the cojones to do it. What was I thinkin'?!

He just proved Laura right all along. Gonna miss them...er...her.

And that Lydia! Ughh...she takes that tone with Russel then is shocked and cries what a bully he is. She totally deserved it IMO.

And I don't know who hate more, Ronnie, Russel or Lydia.

This show is not going according to my plan.

Jordan's head is filled with doorknobs. How can you not tell time! Imagine her in the coin competition.

I was saying all through the show that Ronnie would not have the guts to put up Russell. (My wife thinks I must have read spoilers somewhere I was so convinced.) Strategy my ass! He's a chickens**t and just couldn't do it.

Wow, Russell must be bipolar. It really should have been him on the block.

I came in hear to say how much of a loser, wimp, spineless coward, etc. that Ronnie is but I see it's already been covered.

I actually hope he stays int he house a few more weeks and everyone turns on him. The athletes should becasue he was talking about backdooring Russell. And the rest should because of his stupid nominations. So, I hope everyone treats him like garbage and makes his remaing days a living hell.

If the non-athletes win HoH, he's gone next week. Why would ANYONE keep Ronnie around?

The only reason I can see the athletes keeping Ronnie is becasue he seems to be dedicated to them at this point. They could definately use him another week or two at least. And I know it's early in the game but as unlikable as he is to all in the house now, anyone would stand a decent chance at winning against him.

Because they'd rather get rid of Russel. I can't stand Russel, and from a personal standpoint, wanted Ronnie to put him up. It seems to me, however, that strategically, Ronnie was better off going after Laura, who he correctly believes would do everything in her power to have him put up next week if her or one of the members of her alliance wins HOH, regardless of whether he put up Russel. I assure you he has no such concerns with Russel. Moreover, even if Laura's alliance is pissed at Ronnie, they most likely hate Russel more and would go after him before Ronnie. Don't get me wrong, I think Ronnie had the potential to play this game really well and squandered it from the moment he gave Braden the heads up that he was getting back doored. Be that as it may, and in spite of my own personal dislike of Russel, I think Ronnie actually made the best move for himself that he could last night. If he did only do it because he's spineless, then he just happened to luck out into a good move.

Ronnie is simply in the position now where, in the eyes of the other houseguests, he has drawn a line in the sand and aligned with the athletes. Things change quickly in this house, so if he's lucky, either his side wins HOH next week, or the other side goes after Russel and has moved on to someone else (perhaps Chima or Lidia) by the following week (it only takes one emotional outburst in the BB house to get a big ol' target thrown on your back). It's nice to think that someone can come into the BB house and implement some type of master plan that protects them for weeks at a time. It's been shown time and again, however, that this is not the case. Things change in that house so quickly that the only way to play is by making one short term decision after another, surviving as long as you can, and hoping to have some luck to carry you through to the end.

I was tempted to say 'Roid Rage. Of course it was somewhat editing, but the way he went off on Lydia was frightening.

... at least he did that. Granted it was pretty much forced upon him, but Ronnie did have to choose a side.

He might even get votes if he makes it to the final two, as he "played the game".

Didn't play it well, and he really needs to sink into the wallpaper for the next few weeks if he wants to survive. But at least he picked a side.

I'm surprised BB didn't coerce him to NOT put those two up. One less reason for male viewers to stick with the show ;)

Anyway, I was surprised at the way this was edited. While I'm not surprised he didn't put Russell up, I had NO idea he was going to put up "boobs lite" as his replacement. I wonder what he would have done had Laura won the veto.

The same way he went off on Jeff for apparently no reason.

How could these people be SO far off when counting money? $100 in quarters? Count out 40 quarters ($10), see how much that looks like, then grab 10 handfuls of approximately the same size. $500 over? Really?!

agreed. And some of the other houseguests seemed weirded out by how Jeff was doing it right......LOL.

It will be sad to see the likely evictee before we have a chance for peanut butter bikinis.........

The 500 bucks over thing is pretty shocking, 2000 quarters over! holy crap!

And if you intend to throw the challenge, at least stuff more quarters between your butt cheeks. ;)

Well Ronnie was obviously trying to throw the comp but like the rest of the season his execution was horrible.

Why would he admit to the diary room that he DIDN'T throw it? He made a point to say he was embarassed that he was so far off. He has no reason to lie about this to the diary room.

Despite his claims, he really doesn't fully understand this game.

It is his ego (from that master persuasive speaker award he got in the real world)

Ronnie think's he's smart and wants us to think it too. It's easier to say he mis-judged horribly than to say he tried to throw the comp but failed by order of magnitudes. My theory is that he had a brain-fart, skipped tasks ahead in counting and counted the quarters as dimes. I mean, he put in 2000+ more quarters than was necessary which is a lot more quarters in the bucket.

I wonder how much you have to pay to win that award?
