we seem to have a few threads about new shows that have morphed into season-long spoilerific threads...I thought it would be good to start a proper discussion thread and break the cycle of madness :D
I'm starting to dig this show...I love him making a move on the lawyer's wife...that was brilliant!
why was he smelling the pictures? I didn't get that...
Did he really make a move on her? My impression was that he simply gave them the leftover "I'm sorry" cookies his pimpette had baked up, which included other messages of apology and affection. And he gave them primarily to the guy, remember.
Still, regardless of whether it was intentional it has stirred something up that's sure to lead to interesting plot developments.
Also - they just got through an entire episode in which our hero didn't sleep with anyone (though his di¢k was still the star of the evening, in its other function). So much for the fears about this being a one-trick-pony show.

you did read the text you just quoted, right? :)
I subscribe to the thread you just linked to...I've posted in it, even...it is not an ep thread, it does not carry a date in the title and therefore spoilers are not supposed to be included...yet, it has become a thread where ep discussions and spoilers are normal -- in violation of forum rules...I am trying to move ep discussions out of that thread and where they belong...

I keep hoping this show will get interesting once his business kicks off. I'll give it another chance.

I just enjoy the show for what it is with no specific expectations. The 30 minutes go pretty fast for me.

Can you point me to the rules, please?
I do not want to continue to break them.

it's hard to believe that you've been a member since 2002 and don't know the rules...but ok...I'll play along...
it's a sticky at the top of the forum...the title is "Rules for posting in the TV talk area"...here's a link to the thread (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=271608)
since this is off topic, how about we use PMs to discuss it?

Here's something that hit me in this episode. How did Anne Heche and Thomas Jane combine to create those two children. I realize it's television, but the kids do not measure up to their parents in terms of attractiveness and both of their, shall we say, body shapes, do not appear as if they would have arisen out of a coupling between Heche and Jane. I'm not saying it's going to ruin the show for me, but it's just really odd to me.

^^ Probably the same way my right handed, brown eyed parents produced two left handed blue eyed children.

The casting of the children is as bizarre as the casting of Jane Adams.
I simply don't get it.
