CBS confirmed that she is returning to CSI for Season 10.

Hey it's fair game....they announce she's coming back..thread is started stating it, it's only natural some will say they are super excited by the news other won't be as excited...I don't see the interaction going on here as 'threadcrapping".

I liked her and will be glad to see her back on duty. Wonder if William Petersen will come back as Gil Grissom for a few episodes?

I didn't like it when she left, so I'm sorry if my reply came off as poop-a-riffic. I would like it if they could pull Grissom back too, both on a permanent basis.

I think it would be cool if she came back as a suspect; maybe as a serial killer called the "Jack O'Lantern" and she ends up being identified through teeth marks... :p

I guess I am jaded from the fact thatit seems like once the word 'JorjaFox' appears in a thread, it is only seconds before people describe their hate for her ugliness and teeth and stuff. Is it possible to have a thread that discussses her without hatred or malice or disgust? I don't think that will ever happen on TCF, based on the responses of those here.

SOME of us feel the gap tooth look is HOT, q.v. Lauren Hutton, who is now that I think about it, geting long in the tooth. Heh.

I have to confess that I missed Grissom's/Peterson's departure, but heard bits and pieces that made me think he went off with her into the sunset. (I only got into the show on local and cable reruns...the network run is sort of an unknown to me.)

Why would Sarah be back without Gil? Will he have died? Did I hear wrong about the details on his departure?

I also thought Gil quit to go join Sarah in Fl. or something. I hated her and I hoped we had seen the last of her.

I hate the Sarah character. Nothing against JF, just hate Sarah. If they have to bring someone back, make it Grissom or Warrick...this is TV...they could have faked his death. :D

I'm happy she is coming back, hopefully William Peterson as well. Last season was definately more boring without the two IMO. Cheers.

Just out of curiosity, don't people think if William Peterson were also coming back in some capacity that it would be bigger news than JF? I'm just sayin'. ;)

I don't really watch the show but I watched the beginning of last season to see how the writers would handle Peterson's departure. To answer your question, in his last scene, Gil

goes to a rainforest I believe in Costa Rica where he is reunited with Sarah.
