Very well done! I love this show. So how does David ultimately become king (or does he)? The old king, the prisoner, will Silas have him killed for his intentional misleading? Whew. One episode left for a TON of wrap up. I hope we get it!

I'm still amazed that Brian Cox has been in this. He's terrific as the ex-King!
I was glued to the set!

So funny when the bad guy (bad with names) was making fun of the way kings talk, and then started doing it himself. I love the convoluted king dialogue. Good that the King wasn't really dead, cause the show would be nothing without him. But I guess it's almost over anyway? :(

Yeah, a brilliant piece of self-satire that stayed entirely inside the story.
Then again, "brilliant" should probably be worked into any sentence that talks about this, er, brilliant show.
And again, it saddens me that it seems it's only going to be on old-fashioned DVD, not brilliant Blu-ray. Visually, it's such a brilliantly stunning show, I'd much, much rather rewatch it in HD.

I agree it's visually stunning and a HD showcase for sure. It is so well shot and the locations are a character of their own. There are feature films that don't have this polished presentation to them.
After the awkward pilot I never expected this show to be so great. It's too bad it never found an audience.

What do you mean? By my count there are at least eight or nine of us.

Count me as number 10!
I never actually saw the pilot, I'm looking forward to going back and watching it, either via Hulu or Netflix. It took me an episode or two to warm-up, but I really like the show. I think it was robbed at the Emmy nominations and I'm guessing that is mostly because no one watched.
This episode was great, except I can't figure out how the King ended up in the middle of nowhere all by himself. Did Thumbalina (I mean, Thomasina) hijack the ambulance? That was a little odd. I also couldn't believe how surprised Jack was that his Uncle basically just wanted him as a puppet.
Also, how fickle are the palace guards? They are loyal to King Silas. Then briefly to Jack. Now the Uncle dude is bossing them around. Talk about lack of commitment! Must not take much to get them in your pocket.
Rose was really good in this episode. That scene with Jack kissing the floor was brutal and so well done.
