BIH DirecTV for no AMC HD.

 :mad:Speaking of that, does Dish Network have it? I've Googled and it seems very few providers have it.(So it might be AMCs doing and not the other way around)

Yeah DirecTV has not really been trying not to put up HD channels when possible. Something tells me there are other issues besides DirecTV not wanting to carry it.

Although in a balancing of resources it may be they don't want to carry the bandwidth versus the number of people who watch the channel, but I don't know.

As for Mad Men, one of the shows I am really looking forward to see coming back.

I can't wait. I pray the quality is as good as it's always been.

I still have all of season 2 on my TiVo. I could never bring myself to delete them. :o

About a month ago I sent DTV a message saying that I would like AMC-HD and PBS-HD. I asked that if they aren't going to get AMC-HD if it would be possible for them to simulcast the HD version of Madmen on their 101 channel. I've seen them do that a few other times before with other tv shows. Never heard anything back.

Making the Season 3 Jon Hamm in the water commercial, just to keep us all jazzed as we get closer.
