Hello,
Okay here is my problem in my guide I can see channels 3-36 then it skips to 95 and up...using the remote I can go to channel 52 and it works fine. I've tried the guided setup and changing the channel lineup through the channel list but it still skips the channels 37-94...when I directly hook the cable to the back of my tv everything works fine...any suggestions?
I'm using a TiVo series 2 DVR with a Sharp Aquos HDTV

Does the channel list say you receive these channels? You might have to select them with your remote at that list to say that you do. They need that check mark there before they will show when you scroll through the channels with the remote. If you use direct entry of channel number, they should show.
Having them show is as received and being able to scroll throught with the remote channel up/down button is independent of having program information for the channel. You might see the channels, but without program information for them, you can't do anything but a manual recording of them.
You might have to submit a lineup issue report to TiVo on their website to get program information on the guide.

The channel list does not say that I recieve these channels so I can't select them at all.
But whenever I am on the tivo website and view the tv listings the channels are there, so do you think this would still be considered a lineup issue? I would think that the programming information on the website should be the same as the one I get on my tivo right.

Who is your service provider? Some cable companies are deleting analog channels in a certain range. TiVo's info might be based on something the cable company has in the works, but hasn't done as early as they thoguht they would.
If this IS a legit lineup problem, tho', you can either phone TiVo to report it, or do it here, at this webpage-

Was there no other alternative selection for lineup? If there was an alternative selection for your provider, choose that instead.
