Is it not one of the three standard power cables? Where the connection to the TiVo looks like either the figure 8, a capital B or figure 8 with one end squared '[o)(o)'
If it's like the last example, there are plenty on eBay for a buck & change.

If you have a figure 8 connect lying around, it will fit.

There's always good, old Monoprice -- 94 cents (http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10228&cs_id=1022806&p_id=1307&seq=1&format=2) plus a couple of bucks for shipping.

Good: they have what I need, good quality and inexpensive
Bad: while there I find half-a-dozen other thingies I want, or think I want
Good: with those extra goodies the shipping per item becomes more reasonable
The figure 8 cords are ubiquitous; doesn't seem polarity would be an issue.

If you can use a figure 8 (non-polarized) power cord, send me a PM. I'll stuff one in a padded envelope and mail it to you at the cheapest rate available, which looks like $1.39 or less, for free!

Actually, polarity very well could be an issue. While it won't make a difference in providing power to the box, the case needs to be grounded which is frequently connected to the ground side of the AC current coming into the box.
If the original power cord is polarized (the blades that plug into the wall are different widths), you really should use a polarized replacement cord
With a figure 8 cable, it's possible to insert the power cord into the back either way -- one way could very well result in the case being attached to the live side of the AC power coming from the wall.
