Audio and Video don't line up on iPod

Some info-

I have Desktop Plus 2.6.2.

Transfers are OK.

Items play fine in Windows Media Player.

I have a series 3 HD DVR.

When I convert them for an iPod the audio and video do not line up.

I have not checked them in iTunes.

Any thoughts?

I just checked- They also don't line up in iTunes.

Some people have reported that kmttg works better. You might want to check it out.
