S2 stops responding (sort of)

For the past month or so, about once a week, my S2 stops responding to certain button presses (sort of).

What happens:

I come home, use the Tivo remote to turn on the TV, then hit select to clear the "content restricted" (or whatever it says) banner. I hear the normal sound, but nothing happens (the banner doesn't go away). I can change channels, and watch TV, unless it exceeds the rating, which give me the banner, and I can do nothing. This has happened at least 3 times now, and I have to power cycle the unit to clear it. A bit annoying to say the least, but not a horrible failure either.

I've got SW 9.3.2b, anyone know when it got rolled out, was it recent enough to maybe be causing my problems?

Edit: I forgot, the Tivo button only chimes as well, does not bring up the menu.
