Desktop transfers playback mono only

Does anyone know a fix for this...

When I transfer any show from tivo to tivo desktop via tivo wireless adapter, I lose audio in the right channel. Only left side plays.

TV/Tivo is definitely recording/playing stereo.

I think it's MUCH more likely that the 'right channel' audio loss is an issue with your computer (bad driver for .tivo files is the most likely culprit). The transfer just pushes through the bits of the movie (mpeg + ac3 or mpeg+mp2) and doesn't do any editting of it.

Try using kmttg (or just tivodecode) to extract the real mpeg-2, and play it in something like vlc to see if the audio is working fine...

I reset the audio drivers for my computer and the problem is solved. Thanks for the suggestion.
