Suddenly No Audio on Transfers

I used to be able to transfer shows from either of my two Series 2 boxes to my Series 3 with no problem. Suddenly, today, the shows transfer ... but without audio. I have tried transfering from both Series 2 boxes with no luck. When I watch the show on the box where it originates, the audio is fine.

I would cold boot the Series 3 (unplug it for at least 30 seconds).

Does your Series3 have the 11.0c or the new 11.0d software?

I seem to be running on software version 11.0c-01-2-652

Did a cold reboot but not sure I left unplugged for full 30 sec. Let me retry that.
