Anything you can get recorded on the TiVo that isn't copy protected as in Amazon Unbox or NetFlix movies should be transferable to a PC over your home network. For a Windows PC you would use either TiVo Desktop or TiVoPlaylist (both are free).
The files would transfer as .TiVo files and would be playable in Windows Media Player (with proper codec setup). You could convert them to mpeg2 files with the right software. Mpeg2 files are rather bulky compared to Mpeg4 encodings so you would need many Gigs of storage on the PC, or you can transcode the mpeg2 to mpeg4. TiVo Desktop plus will do a lot of this for you for $25 but with limited flexibility. Free program kmttg will do all this with more flexibility (see thread in this forum).
This is TTG (Tivo to Go) and the processing of such files is a broad subject with many posts on this and other forums.
If you get more specific about exactly what your equipment and goals are, you can post here and get more specific help.

If the S2 can record it then you can transfer it provided the program doesnt have the code to copy protect it.
