I was having a problem transferring a recording from my S2 to my HD. I called Tivo support and he started walking me thru it and explaining what had to be done. We got to where the HD had to be restarted. Since I knew that this would take a while I told the tech that he could hang up and handle another customer and if what we did didnt fix the problem I would call back. He said that he would stay on the line until everything was working the way it was suppose to be. I thought that this was a nice jesture on his part.
Good to hear. So often people only post about support when they're unhappy. :up:

Wait. What? I'm confused. I don't know what to say in this type of situation where you're not blaming tivo for problems you caused yourself. Is this some sort of trick? Are you Ashton? Am I on TV?
