I know this doesn't mean much to frustrated UK users :)
I hadn't noticed this announced previously, I know its state-side news and not new news, but for me, I like the idea that TiVo has its fingers in all the pies again, e.g. producing HD DVR's covering all platforms with Cable, Terrestrial and in 2010 Satellite again :-)

People speculated if Tivo ever did come back to these shores it would probably be a freeview offering. Maybe by 2010, they might have done that and be in a position to offer a freesat solution too, they could be like buses, nothing for ages then two come along all.
This is pure speculation and completely unfounded and probably highly unlikely but you have to have hope, don't you!
