In case anyone is looking for a cheap high speed networking solution, I wanted to confirm that I was able to get the setup below (configuring Actiontec MI424WR routers as MoCA bridges) working. The routers cost me $25 each.

In my case, I had had NIM100s in place before, but I was aiming to improve WAF by cutting down the amount of cabling (two of my rooms had multiple devices so I had to combine the bridges with switches-the routers can act as both switches and bridges).

Anyway, with the NIM100s getting more expensive, I thought that I'd pass this along as a potential solution to anybody looking to network their Tivos.

Cheers
