Forgive me if this has been a previous topic, but I have searched with nothing found.
I recently moved and have Comcast Cable with the above equipment in Philadelphia. When the picture is run through the Tivo, I get a white or multicolored line just at the top of the screen on many channels. On some, I do not get this and the picture is clear. When I change the input on the television to have the picture run only through the cable box, the picture is clear.
When operating on Tivo I get a clear picture...but I have not recorded any programming with this new set up yet..I am guessing it would record with the picture blemish.
Can anyone offer insight on a fix for this. It makes me crazy and it is impossible to enjoy my shows.
