What would be a fair price for S2 with lifetime and 400 hours?

What would be a fair price for S2 (single tuner) with upgraded hard drive (400 hour capacity) and lifetime service? One of my S2s is not getting any use so I am thinking of selling it. Hence the question.

Any inputs would be appreciated. :)

You could probably get a decent idea for a price if you check the Tivo's for sale on ebay. That will give you an range that people are willing to pay.
