Show title help - martial arts

I am trying to remember the name of a show so I turned to you all for help. I think it is on Spike late night, or a similar channel. It shows some really obscure Asian martial arts in a 30 minute show. It is something like "Hits, Kick, and something something moves." Couldn't find anything in any web searches. I saw some really cool stuff last time and want to watch more but can't find any more to watch.

I hope someone else can help you, but my closest guesses are anything with UFC in it, or Fight Science or Sport Science.

Could also be 'Human Weapon'.

Sorry, the description I tried to make in the initial post about the title structure is correct. It is like a 3 part title separated by commas. It is not actually a fighting show, but rather a show that depicts strange and rare martial arts disciplines. It has been on often, I just cant remember the name. But the title is like "Hits, Kick, and something something moves." Like a three parter. Thanks for the thoughts though.
