I don't know how many of you were watching the premiere/preview of Glee, but there was a promo that came on during it that intrigued me... I've always loved gymnastics, so the Make It Or Break It show seems right up my alley. Anyone else see it? Seems kinda like Stick It meets Bring It On meets Friday Night Lights, or something.

I saw the preview. I will watch it for the gymnastics. I hope the stories don't suck.

Yeah, as amtsuchida said it starts June 22. I found a version of the promo on YouTube:

They really play up the drama in this version of the promo, but they have a lot of clips of the gymnastics too. It looks like a good balance of high-end athletics meets character drama. I know at least one of the actresses was a former gymnast, too.

Did you ever watch Friday Night Lights? It wasn't on cable originally, even -- so if it's doable on network TV, it's doable on cable TV. That's actually what I kept thinking about when I saw the trailer for this new show, despite football and gymnastics being nothing alike. I'm not much of a sports person myself but I absolutely love series that involve sports as a backdrop for character drama.

Has anyone been watching this? Its actually pretty good, I have been watching it and can feel myself being pulled in. Also, the fact that Candace Cameron Bure is in it is not half bad either.

This show is a bit cliched, but I like the performances, and they're doing a decent job of giving each character just a bit of depth. Payson is heading for a meltdown, I think.

And I love the low morals of ABC Family shows. It's awesome. I'm looking at you, Lauren!

Payson is sooo Hardcore, she scares me with her intensity and she does seem to think she works the hardest of all the girls based on last nights episode.

Now on to Lauren....ahhh Lauren that girl seems to be dealing with some stuff too, she seems to hate Summer. I am still in shock about her and Carter, at least she and Kaylie are friends now....

Am I the only one still watching this? I tuned in at first for the gymnastics, but it's now as much soap opera as anything else.

In spite of that -- or maybe because of it -- I wouldn't miss an episode.

I like the show but I'm a little disappointed in what they did to one of the characters.
Emily getting pregnant and having to give up gymnastics and i guess leaving the show is just wrong to me. I know they had no choice due to the actress getting pregnant but i just don't like it.
