800 number for swap???

I saw a post a few weeks ago about the email; with the 800 number to call for a swap out, but can't find it. D called me some time ago but I lost the number, now I need it. I really don't want to play phone tag with CSRs.

here's one they sent in an email to me april 18th,

"Please call 1-888-763-7772 today, and DIRECTV will replace your incompatible HD equipment FREE OF CHARGE, with no service agreement required. Mention the "FREE HD SWAP" and we'll get your replacement equipment set up as soon as possible."....
