Shortcut to Messages and Settings

Did a search and didn't find this, but I stumbled on a shortcut to Messages & Settings -- hit the TiVo button and then slow forward. I have it set up as a new sequence on my Harmony remotes so one button push now gets me to Messages & Settings.
