Tivo won't pick up service

The tivo is successfully last Friday making the call connection but it keeps interrupting and then stops after it is continuing to get information then yellow light off says the call interrupting. I have phone jack line from bellsouth for computer line my tivo hook on the splitter jack with computer line. Do I need get a wireless jack or what?

I need help desperate.......
