Terrible for about the first half of the show. ALmost deleted it right then & there. Got better in the second half, a few laughs. The reading of the newspaper article at the end was pretty funny.
"Ann is on the pill"
"Our band, threeskin, formerly foreskin, but we lost our bassist"

haha yeah she skipped over the entire article except for the end: "We'll see." ;)

I didn't think it was as great as last week, but there were still some laughs.

I wouldn't say we are in a romantic relationship GOING FOWARD. :)
I don't think it's terrible, it's sort of mediocre at this point.
But there's something about the shooting style that bugs me. It's not just the handheld thing...other shows, and of course The Office have done that. But there's this weird thing they do where two cameras are in tight on whoever is talking but from different angles and they switch back and forth between them. I don't know if I'm imagining it, but it seems different the way they're doing it, and I find it distracting/annoying.

Amy Poehler is the reason I watch. Not enough Nick Offerman though.

I thought the Scrabble thing was funny. But overall, the episode was pretty dumb. At this point, I won't be sad if the show fails, because one more failed show on NBC means a slightly higher chance for saving Chuck.

I liked it a lot. Not sure why so many seem to dislike it. Poehler could dial it down a little though, she comes off as almost retarded. A little to SNL-skitty. I noticed in the newspaper article it said the interview ended with Leslie throwing up into the reporter's purse, was that actually shown? I don't remember it.
I agree with Devdog though. If this failing means Chuck gets saved, then yeah I would prefer Chuck. :)

I think this show is too focused on Leslie. In The Office you have a true ensemble of main characters, and nearly all of them are likable, and the others are consistently entertaining (Dwigt). So far Leslie has gotten all of the focus on P&R, and I don't like her. She has the flaws, but we haven't seen the redeeming qualities yet.
I'm going to give it a few more weeks, but if this show doesn't get more fun to watch, I'm punching out.

I liked the way she initially played off not getting the idea that mark & the reporter had hooked up... "unprofessional" for wearing the same dress, etc. Amused me...

Season subscription added. If it is canceled, I won't be sad.
Amy Poehler is the reason I watch. Not enough Nick Offerman though.
Aziz Ansari is the reason to watch. He steals every scene he is in. That said its not enough to carry this show beyond one season.

I just think Rashida Jones is delicious.

I don't watch Chuck but if the cancellation of this show helps save it for the Chuck fans, so be it. :)

Season Pass deleted. I really wanted to like it, but I can't. It's like the Office's red headheaded stepchild. So similar, yet so sucky.

I'm only watching now because I know it can't go on much longer.

Great? That's a pretty heavy word to be throwing around for this show.

This. He wasn't in this episode nearly enough, but when he was, he was great.
Both my wife and I were excited for this show, as we really like Amy Poehler and The Office. They've got to find their way pretty quick though. Season Pass staying for one more week, to see if it can find it's stride. If not, then I'll give it a shot in season 2 if, by some miracle, it survives.

the boss in this show seems to be a waste of screentime...i usually like to see equal time but in this case, just a glance in his office would be fine with me.
