How can I manually start Tivo Desktop services?

Is there a way to manually start the services/programs that Tivo Desktop uses? I'd like a way to start it after my machine finishes booting. Now when I start up or reboot, I end up with one or more icons missing from the system tray and I think the Tivo desktop is the cause. I can get them back by logging off and logging back on but I'd like to avoid having to do that if possible.
