No surprise it was between Ben and Andrea. Ben is so full of himself I'm glad his pompous ass is gone. But Andrea in the final 3 is a joke too. She's gone next week. I used to like Danny but he's too full of himself. I hope Paula wins.
The groom to be was definitely SuperSized.

Go Danny! He's always under the radar.

I was quite honestly stunned that Ben left. True, he didn't exactly make the most of his last chance, but I figured Ramsay would be so pissed off about Andrea ruining their near-perfect service with the wellington fiasco that he'd send her home in a heartbeat.

kinda tacky to put the ring in that choclate.
nice but an odd reward this late in the game. plane rides where they go up at seperate times. not much chance for the winner to bond, ask questions and get closer to ramsey.

I liked when Gordon asked Scott "what does a plain salad mean in America".

Andrea may have miscounted the wellington but at least she didn't screw anything up...other than a couple that were kind of black but Ramsey let her send it out anyway, I was surprised at that. Poor Ben though couldn't even make a salad. That's bad...

Ramsey: "What do they call a plain salad in America"
Scott: "A plain salad".

Anyone else think the proposal was going to get screwed up by one of the contestants?

I thought Ramsey was going to lose the ring. :)

hey maybe i've eaten at wherever ben has been working:rolleyes:. i order palin salad/just lettuce all the time and can't believe how many times it comes with other crap added into it:mad:.
and you do sit there and think geezz how hard is that to understand:confused:
I would assume that a plain salad means hold the dressing.
I don't work in a restaurant, though.
I'll miss Ben. He was like a retarded guy who's convinced that he's perfect for that open department chair at MIT.

that proves gordon will keep someone in that he wants to see make it further even if they suck. But she's a hometown girl so i gotta root for her even though i think dan will win. too bad rob cant come back for the finale, he would have been great as one of the helpers.
i keep forgetting to try to see how big the dining room is! no way 4 ppl cooked for as many people as 12. Plus i think it also helps the cooks do a better job with less people and by default, anyone would mostly get better with more time on the show. Except all the other contestants :D

You could see empty tables in last weeks episode.

I am really not enjoying this show much this year. To much obvious manipulation going on by the producers/Gordon. Probably always that way just sick of it I guess.

Not sure you should be stunned.
While Ben did good in the individual challenges, he buckled under pressure every single time in the kitchen. Others before him did the same, but he never came through in dinner service, he cracked every single week.
