ok I have just gotten this unit and it started up fine, it just would not make the final programming call. it said it did once and I actually got to watch tv and pause and record a couple shows but the guide never came up. after several tries to download the proigram guide through the call it has now decided to reboot every time you attempt it. I did a total restart thinking it would just start over and now I cannot get through guided setup without it restarting. Please help. first tivo experience not going so well.
