I believe this was the first episode in a long time that did not feature at least one scene with someone wearing only a bra. How long of a streak do you think they just broke with that?

I loved the concept of Wiener Cuz and Bajingo Sisters.

But are we really supposed to believe that there aren't any more experienced surgeons that Turk on staff? Is it normal for a surgeon, less than 10 years after starting internships, to be one of the most senior people on staff? If so, where are the older surgeons going?

Odd we have this episode with so much emphasis on JD being a father after this discussion last week.

Also they try to save money by not having the big stars in all episodes but they brought back Sean and have Kim in the episode.

The previous two episodes (the Bahamas trip) had people in bikinis. I don't remember what they showed in the episodes before those.

Right, sorry; in the previous episodes, I counted the bikinis. ;)

Eliot was also in a bra (deliciously so) in the first ep of the Bahamas two-parter.

It was an amusing episode. I agree Turk might be a good teacher, in terms of seniority, I found that a bit farfetched. They just dropped Dr.Wynn awhile ago I guess.

Good to see Elizabeth Banks and Scott Foley. I thought it was a funny relationship although they didn't use it all that well.

I know, it is hard to believe in a show so grounded in realism would do something so farfetched.

You say that like it's a BAD streak :)

I have to say, I've always been a huge Scrubs fan, but this season is horrible. I think it should have ended last year and let it go. It's gotten so far away from any kind of realism that I don't even find it compelling anymore...It's a sad shell of it's former self, and I really hope this is it.

Oh, heavens no. I apologize for any unclarity.

Yeah and next week J.D. finally gets a unicorn and a hug from Dr.Cox.
