On again, off again pixilation problem on certain channels

I’ve had this DIRECTV setup for several years now and have never had the issue. Now I am getting on again off again pixilation and sound distortion only on certain channels. 360, 242, 248 and a few others.
DirecTV Philips/Tivo DSR704 setup (No HD). Dual LNB (no multiswitch) satellite 101 transponder: 4, 12 & 20 no signal all others have signal strength 93 or better and doesn’t appear to fluctuate. Nothing is blocking the dish. I have replaced the LNB and the all RG6 cables.

Those TPs you mention on 101 are spot beams. Perfectly normal those to be 0 or have a low value. The other spot beams are 18, 26, and 28.

Double check you cable connections for corrosion etc, especially on the grounding block.

But, it could be the receiver. It is quite old.
