I guess no one liked this since there was no thread up 18 hours after it aired.

This was a straight forward Sylar episode. I know many people don't like Sylar, but I enjoyed it. It was slightly confusing though, Sylar developing multiple personality disorder was odd to say the least.

Oh and Hiro is an ass. He didn't need to serve up Ando as bait. They could have escaped and then tailed the bad guys to building 24.

Only one more episode left.

It wasn't my favorite. Frankly, I liked most of the non-Sylar scenes better than the Sylar ones.

I think I can understand why Future Ando fries Future Hiro. :p :)

i admit not watching too closely but when the bad guy killed sylar, and it didnt take, why didnt he just try to kill him again?

Also, why didn't we get to see Sylar wipe out Danko? DOES Sylar wipe out Danko, and if not, why not?

Waste of time episode. I hope next week's is better. I wish they had killed off Sylar - he's annoying to watch and his voice gets on my nerves.

What would be the point? Sticking an object in his head is supposed to keep him dead. Why it didn't is open for speculation.

I'm guessing that absorbing the shapeshifter powers is playing havoc with him.

I'm more curious as to why the guy that can vibrate things to dust didn't try it on Sylar while he was being attacked. It didn't look like Sylar had him immobilized.

I don't know I think this may be my last season. I don't have any hopes for the season finale.

Perhaps it's hard to use his power when the top of his head is being psychokinetically sawed off.

Ok I've been REAL tolerant of the Sylar story overall, but I have officially decided I'm side to death of seeing him and his whole storyline.

That's my guess too. But I refuse to speculate on where Sylar's brain is now located! :eek: :D :D

It was just an okay espisode, but I did stay awake at least (which is major for this show lately). I'm not pro or anti-Sylar...just think the entire season moves way too slow for my taste. No truly surprising moments like this show was known for in the beginning...

But my husband and I loved Sylar's line when he yanked the spike out of his head "Ow, that hurt!" That was hilarious!

I enjoyed this ep and this season so far. Sure, it's lost it's way from season 1 but I still enjoy watching. Good entertainment, IMO.

My only complaint is that it doesn't seem like the show is ready for a season finale already. The plot is a bit thin this season. They also need an answer for the "all-powerful" Sylar.

I chuckled a bit at the musical nod to the 60s Batman show during some of the Hiro/Ando scenes.

DOES Sylar wipe out Danko, and if not, why not?My guess: so one of the "good guys" can do it.

Assuming that Sylar is "immortal", there are still two known ways to "get rid of him", and I wouldn't be surprised if the next episode ends like this:
(a) Sylar is about to touch the President;
(b) Time stops;
(c) Hiro puts his hand on Sylar;
(d) Hiro teleports Sylar to one of the two places where it's pretty much impossible to escape - either into someplace enclosed, like a grave, or into the future (remember that Irish girl that got "stuck" in the future where the virus was released? She never did return from there).

If Hiro needs a little "boost" to this powers, remember that one of Ando's powers is to give others' powers an increase.

(Meanwhile...hands up, those of us who saw that wire attached to one of the darts fired at Hiro and Ando that froze in mid-air.)

Speaking of Ando's power to supercharge...did they just forget about this? Because when Hiro stopped time touching Ando shouldn't we have gotten some indication that this was magnified??? Towards the end when Hiro tried to stop time I expected to see time freeze for EVERYONE...Sylar and Nathan, Claire and the gang, Matt and family, etc.

My guess is that Parkman will be the one who gets to take out Danko, because of the terrorist episode.

But Hiro can't teleport anymore.

I'd say teleport him to the sun if he could.

As previously posted, sticking something into the back of his head seems to be the only way to kill someone with Sylar's/Claire's regenerative ability.

Well it has also been stated that removing or completely destroying the person's head would also kill him/her. I'm not sure this will work anymore on Sylar who seems to grow extra body parts now. I'm pretty sure the only way to kill him now would be to destroy his entire body all at once.

Yup, that's how Peter/Haitian/Sylar took out Papa Petrelli. Of course, he wasn't growing extra teeth or moving his brain around. :p

Yeah ... I am completely tired of the Sylar-Show. He keeps getting stronger while the others can't tie their shoelaces.

I know some arent fans of Peter -but- I yell every week "Give Peter & Hiro their FULL powers back!"

Im ready to see future Hiro start to form and Peter seems to be the only who "could" of been the counterpart to Sylar

I didn't expect Bryan Fuller to turn the show around in the last few episodes so I'll give him next season and see.

I have very mixed feelings about Peter's power. I can see how he was too powerful to write well, but he was also the only one who could survive a one-on-one with Sylar. Now that he's nerfed, Sylar seems unstoppable. :eek:

I suspect Sylar's day is coming.

Like, next week. I think he's the last thing on their checklist of things that need to be fixed to make the show manageable. He'll either die or be permanently depowered in some fashion. (I'd normally say depowered, since they seem to really like the character, but on the other hand the actor might be getting a little out of their price range post-Star Trek...)

I'm going to go out on a (likely crowded) limb and guess this is why "future Hiro" carries around a katana. There can be only one.

I love the Highlander reference.

I love Hiro and Ando story line.

I also think Parkman's interactions with baby Parkman are adorable.

Bring Peter back. I can't get enough of him.

We don't know what Hiro can do yet if he gets a boost of his powers by touching Ando (the way that Ando "helped" Daphne go back in time).

As for teleporting into the sun, the problem with that is, Hiro would have to be close enough to the sun to get burned before he had a chance to let go and then teleport back to Earth.

Wouldn't that be just what a Hero does? Sacrifice himself for the good of everybody else?

He also made a comment when he arrived at her house like "nice place, she's done well for herself".
Wasn't she just a housewife when she was with Matt?
Did she get some divorce settlement with the guy she left Matt for or is there some sinister reason for her good fortunes?

Just a FYI,

It's been shown that others who have copied or stolen Hiro's teleporting ability, they have teleported other people without traveling with them. They pushed/shoved the other person and they teleported to another location, alone. But Hiro doesn't have this level of control over his ability. Nathan and Peter's father was able to do this and I think a future version of Peter did it.

I'm pretty sure everyone waiting for Future Hiro to show up with his katana is doomed to disappointment. That future is about 5 futures ago. That Hiro will never exist.
