No. The fastest wireless adapter is the Tivo USB wireless G adapter. It has additional circuitry to off load processing from the Tivo, and is the only adapter that supports WPA network security. A Tivo can not drive a G network to capacity, Tivos are CPU bound. So moving to N will not give you faster transfers/downloads, if that is what you were hoping for.

You can use a wireless N game adapter/bridge if you want to put a Tivo on N. I use a D-Link DAP 1555 N wireless media bridge to connect 3 Tivos and a Sling Catcher to the network. Works quite well, kind of expensive unless you need to connect multiple devices.

Use a wired adapter to an N bridge.

Still, without hacks the network speed will be limited. You really need to use custom drivers/kernel to get higher throughput.
