This a very nice app for you iPhone/iPod Touch owners.
Is also a very good tv guide listing service, even if you don't have a compatible DVR (works with newer DTV DVRs as well as any Series2 DirecTivo with latest software) with which to schedule shows.
Interesting note: all my DTivos show up as choices in the settings, including my Philips DSR6000 :D Tried to schedule a recording to it, said it was successful, but alas, no recording (didn't expect one). You can also choose multiple DVRs to record to (I guess this is so if you set to "record if possible" and one DVR is busy, the other will still pick it up -- nice!).
I actually use it when watching a recorded show to look up stuff so I don't have to dump out of the recording to go to live tv and the guide.
My only wish is that you could get to your Now Playing or To Do List remotely....
