I have a Tivo HD and I finally got around to hooking up the HDMI cable (i had been using the component cables). The Tivo started up and I had audio for the start-up video and I also have audio for Digital and HD channels but no audio for my basic (analog?) channels. I tried hooking up an optical cable from my Tivo to my stereo and I get audio for all channels but I use that cable for my PS3 and I want to use just the HDMI for now. Is there a setting that I'm missing or is this a common problem?
Thanks.

Is the HDMI connected from TiVo to the TV, or from TiVo to the AV Receiver?
If direct to the TV, make sure you have the audio output on the TiVo set to DD > PCM.
If it is going to the receiver you'll want the same setting if the receiver doesn't handle DD.
